Breakfast Porridge

"One of my favorite well-balanced breakfast creations! Top with any type of fruit, coconut, or nuts."

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pitted prune, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions :
  • Bring the water with the prune and raisins to a boil in a pot; cook at a boil for 3 minutes. Stir the oat bran, wheat bran, wheat germ, flax seed, and honey into the fruit mixture. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Coffee Really Can Lose Weight?

We find many different opinions in public about the benefits of drinking coffee to losing weight. Some people might have believed, and some do not.

Katherine Zeratsky, RD., LD, a nutritionist from the Mayo Clinic explains, a little caffeine can help you lose weight or prevent weight gain. But so far, there is no strong evidence that increasing caffeine intake to reduce weight significantly or permanently.

Caffeine is found in various types of beverages including coffee, tea, energy drinks and colas. In fact, caffeine can also be found in products containing cocoa or chocolate, and in a variety of drugs and dietary supplements, including supplements aimed at weight loss.

Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredient :
  • 1,5 Litre coconut milk from 2 grated coconuts
  • 5 stalk lemongrass, take the whites, crushed
  • 3 pieces of turmeric leaf
  • 8 sheets of orange leaves
  • 4 cm galangal, smashed
  • 6 slices (from 1,5 tail) free-range chicken, shelled
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar cookinnng

Recipes Spice Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingedient :
  • 12 pieces of chicken wing top (mini drumstick)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cooking oil
  • Seasonings:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30 g onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp black peppercorns, crushed slightly refined
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Green Bean Salad

A fresh & healthy bean salad, with Tomato and Parsley - that takes no time to prepare.

Ingredients :
  • 500 g thin green beans topped but not tailed
  • 60 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 vine-ripened Tomato
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • Flat-leaf parsley leaves
