Brownies Cotton Cake

Ingredients A :
  • 500 g egg whites
  • 400 gr sugar
Ingredients B :
  • 15 egg yolks
  • 3 eggs intact
  • 220 gr fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Ingredients C :
  • 125 gr flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 180 gr butter
Ingredients D :
  • 1 tablespoon brown pasta BF
  • 1 tablespoon pasta mocca
