Green Chili Chicken

Indonesian and sauce dishes like the lover who is always faithful together. This is supported by the many variants of chili in our country. Starting from the pestle sauce, sambal Balado, until the chili paste. As a result, the tongue our family could not be separated from the sauce. Eating does not seem complete without the sauce. This time I combined boiled chicken with green chili sauce, which is usually used to Padang cuisine. This sauce can also be used for other types of cuisine. Here comes the green chili chicken recipe.


Boiled Chicken Ingredients: 
  • 500 grams chicken, cut to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml of water
Green Sauce Ingredients: 
  • 10 green chilies
  • 4 green tomato fruit / vegetables, thinly sliced
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
How to Make:
  • poached chicken in a pan with a smooth garlic, ginger, salt, and water, and cook until the water shrink, remove and set aside
  • puree green peppers and red onions
  • in a frying pan heat a little oil, put green peppers that have been mashed, add the lime leaves and lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant
  • enter a boiled chicken, salt and sugar, add the tomato slices
  • cook until flavors mingle
  • Serve while warm
