Types Of Healthy Foods Rich In Nutrients

Currently many kinds of foods outstanding instant or fast food. The kind of food that one is the most sought after, due to the way of cooking that is practical and easy to get everywhere. This kind of food consumed by many busy people who claim to have no much time to spare for cooking or eating.

Instant food and fast food like it's actually not including types of healthy foods that are safe for consumption because it does not improve health, otherwise these foods can cause a high risk of the disease.

Types of healthy food is food that is able to meet the needs of nutrients in the body, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and many minerals such as calcium, iron, and much more. Healthy food Menu is the most flattering is that includes four healthy five perfect, consisting of rice, vegetables, side dishes, fruit, milk.

Carbohydrates

Protein

Protein functions as an enzyme needed in chemical reactions that occurs in the metabolism of the body. There are two types of protein that is needed by the body, i.e., animal protein and vegetable. Types of healthy foods are foods that contain both proteins.
Examples of sources of vegetable protein:
  • Sweet potato (potato, sweet potato, cassava)
  • Beans and legumes (peanuts, beans, soybeans, etc.)
Examples of animal protein sources:
  • Meat (beef, chicken, goat)
  • Milk
  • Freshwater fish and saltwater fish (tuna, teri, whitefish, etc.)
Fat

Other types of healthy foods are foods that contain fat. Good fats to unsaturated fats is the body that many found in nuts, olive oil, seeds (Sesame, sunflower seeds), avocado fruit or fish.
